The Stoke Pub & Pizzeria Guildford April Real Ale Cask Ale Festival 2013

As with every month at The Stoke we have a fine selection of locally brewed Cask Ales for you to try… This months selection comes in the form of the following:

Fine selection of Real Ales for June

Riptide – 4.1% abv
A bronze ale with a copper hue. Has a caramel toffee note with a burst of sweetness on the palate. It is lightly hopped with a smooth finish.

Gold Muddler – 3.9% abv
Golden blonde ale with fresh taste and citrus aroma.

South Sea Spice – 3.9% abv
Brewed with fresh root ginger. Dry.

Innocence – 4.0% abv
Cereal and caramel aroma with citrus hints. The flavour is caramel with biscuit and yeasty notes. Noticeable citrus notes with some floral hints. Dry finish.

Ale – 3.8% abv
This light chestnut-brown beer has a fresh, grainy, biscuity nose with a hint of fresh citrus fruit in the background. Brewed with Goldings, Challenger, Brewers Gold and Styrian Goldings.

Prospect – 3.5% abv
Organic golden pale ale, citrusy and fruity.

Flor-ale – 3.8% abv
Light blonde with delicate floral hop notes using only Maris otter low colour malt with a sweet finish.

Quercus Folium – 4.4% abv
Copper with a beige head. Toffee and orchard fruit nose, biscuits and caramel notes. Malty and a long hoppy finish.

Legally Blonde – 4.0% abv
Made with Saaz hop from the Czech republic, and is fresh, vibrant and citrussy on the palate, with herbal, floral and buttery notes.

Sussex Pride – 4.0% abv
Aroma of fresh cereal, bready malt, citrus and other fruity hops. Sweetish malty flavour well balanced with grassy and wooden hops.

Summer Perle – 3.8% abv
A golden summer ale. Hoppy, floral aroma with citrus and floral notes in the flavour. A spicy and refreshing finish.

Knight of the Garter – 3.8% abv
Brewed with American Amarillo whole leaf hops giving a distinctive fresh citrus aroma with lemons, oranges and hibiscus flowers. Lemon and orange flavours again with a clean, crisp finish.

Tipster – 3.6% abv
A refreshing light golden ale. Citrus notes compliment a smooth bitter finish.

Punter – 4.0% abv
Roast. Malty. Dry.

Sussex Pride – 4.0% abv
Aroma of fresh cereal, bready malt, citrus and other fruity hops. Sweetish malty flavour well balanced with grassy and wooden hops.
