If you don’t recognise his face, you might recognise his voice as “that Northern bloke from the radio.” Now a bona fide veteran of the comedy stage, Paul emerged as a stand up back in 1992 when he won the Time Out New Act Of The Year award. Five years later he went one better to win the Time Out Stand Up Comic Of The Year award. The accolades didn’t stop there as in 2002 Paul won the Jongleurs Best Comedy Performer award.
